Description: Lieutenant Frank, along with several fellow officers, conducted a raid on an establishment suspected of illegally selling liquor. Lieutenant Frank was shot twice by the proprietor, one shot grazed his temple and the second, fatal shot struck him in the back. Lieutenant Frank died the following day. The suspect was arrested.
