Description: Deputy Sheriff Foster was shot when he responded to a domestic disturbance call. Deputy Foster was shot in the chest when he arrived at the residence and stepped out of his patrol car. Deputy Foster was transported to the hospital where he died. The suspect was convicted of aggravated murder and sentenced to life in prison.
