Description: Sergeant Flusche died nine years after being involved in an automobile accident. While responding to an emergency call, Sergeant Flusche's cruiser struck a patch of water and went into a creek. Sergeant Flusche suffered severe head injuries and never fully recovered. He also lost his ability to speak, and was fed intravenously. Sergeant Flusche died eight years later while in the Golden Acres Dallas Nursing Home.
