Description: Officer Frey was severely injured when his motorcycle crashed into a vehicle. Officer Frey was in pursuit of a speeding motorist when the driver was forced to stop behind another car that was waiting to make a turn. Officer Frey crashed into the bumper and ricocheted into another car. Officer Frey was transported to the hospital with multiple injuries and died ten days later.
