Description: Attempting an arrest. Traffic stop. Shot by suspects at roadblock. Deputy Sheriff Foley was shot and killed by men who had just robbed the local bank. Deputy Foley had set up a roadblock after the robbery. As the suspects stopped at the road block that Deputy Foley had set up, they opened fire shooting Deputy Foley in the chest.
