Description: Deputy Sheriff Fields suffered a fatal heart attack after arresting two suspects who were fighting. Deputy Fields pulled one suspect away from the other bleeding suspect and the suspect attacked the deputy. Deputy Fields struck the suspect in the head then handcuffed him and placed him in the patrol car. Deputy Fields then collapsed. He was transported to the hospital where he died.
