Description: Special Agent Fitzgerald was questioning a railroad employee about the theft of goods from the Great Northern rail yard in Ramsey, Minnesota, when the man pulled a gun and fatally shot him four times. The suspect fled and was not captured until 10 years later. The suspect pled guilty to murder and was sentenced to life in prison.
