Description: Police Officer Forsyth was accidentally shot and killed during a training exercise. A second officer was unloading his weapon and it accidentally discharged. The round ricocheted off a bench and went through Officer Forsyth's arm and entered his side. Officer Forsyth was transported to the hospital, where he succumbed to his wounds two hours later.
