Description: Officer Frame was shot and killed while attempting to arrest a suspected bootlegger. The suspect had previously threatened to kill Officer Frame if he ever interfered with his bootlegging operation. When Officer Frame approached the suspect to place him under arrest, the suspect shot Officer Frame twice and then a third time after Officer Frame fell to the ground.
