Description: Sergeant Froelich, along with two other officers, were frisking four suspicious men when one of them began to run away. Sergeant Froelich followed him and was shot point-blank. Sergeant Froelich was taken to the hospital where he later died. The murderer, who had been drunk, was charged with manslaughter. Although he didn't specifically remember shooting Sergeant Froelich
