Description: Sheriff Ferguson's body was found floating in a local creek. He had been shot in the head, and his body had a 22 lb. weight tied around his neck. The Kentucky State investigation determined that the death of Sheriff Hubbard was a homicide, but failed to determine person or persons responsible for his death.
