Description: Sheriff Fuller was transporting an escaped convict back to jail via the train. The suspect motioned to Sheriff Fuller that he had something to say to him. When Sheriff Fuller came near, the prisoner slammed his handcuffs against his head and grabbed the gun from its holster. Sheriff Fuller was fatally shot with his own gun. The prisoner then leapt from the train. The suspect was found two months later and shot to death while resisting arrest.
