Description: Officer Fontanez Bruno and Officer Torres were off duty when their car was carjacked by three unknown individuals. While driving, the suspects found Officer Fontanez's badge and assasinated him. His body was abandoned on the side of the road. Officer Torres was also thrown out of the car and suffered minor cuts and bruises.
