Description: Deputy Foster was shot while attempting to arrest a suspect wanted for stealing chickens. Deputy Foster went to the residence and identified himself and was allowed entry. Once inside, the suspect shot Deputy Foster in the torso. Deputy Foster staggered outside, collapsed and died.
