Description: Deputy Foote died in an automobile crash when his patrol car was struck at an intersection by a 15 year old juvenile who was driving while intoxicated. Deputy Foote and Deputy Ross Rudin were en route to a gang fight call when the accident occurred. Deputy Foote died at the scene. Deputy Rudin was injured but survived.
