Description: Officer Feltis succumbed to his injuries he sustained one month earlier when he was struck by a stolen car being pursued by the Alexandria, Virginia Police Department on I-95. The suspect vehicle entered the Pentagon check point. Officer Feltis, unaware of the pursuit, exited the guard booth and was struck by the stolen vehicle. Officer Feltis received severe head and neck injuries and remained in the hospital until his death one month later.
