Description: Ranger Fleetwood was on routine traffic patrol when his patrol car was struck by a drunk driver in a pick-up truck. The truck had exited off the road and returned to the highway in the direct path of Ranger Fleetwood's vehicle. Driver of the other vehicle had a blood alcohol level of .206, and was arrested on charges which included involuntary manslaughter. Ranger Fleetwood was pronounced dead at the scene.
