Description: Deputy Fisher suffered a heart attack while training for his new assignment as a K-9 handler. Deputy Fisher was training with K-9 Titus at the Evansville FOP Training Grounds when he stated that he felt ill and collapsed. He was rushed to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
