Description: Automobile accident. Investigators Fletcher and Howard Russell Bunting left the station in a state vehicle to attend a district meeting. Along the way their car was side swiped by another vehicle. Investigator Fletcher was killed instantly. Investigator Bunting died several days later from his injuries.
