Description: Lieutenant Finn was shot during a foot chase of a bank robbery suspect. The armed suspect shot Lieutenant Finn three times. One round hit his leg and the second was stopped by his vest. The third round entered his torso between two panels of his vest. Lieutenant Finn was able to wound the suspect before he collapsed. He was transported to a local hospital where he remained until succumbing to his injuries six weeks later.
