Description: Sheriff Feeley responded to a call where two well known political officials (armed) were fighting in the streets. As Sheriff Feeley attempted to stop the gun fight by stepping in between the two men, Judge Joe Cannon shot him in the heart. Sheriff Feeley was killed instantly. Judge Joe Cannon and Citizen O. J. Hammett were fighting over politics.
