Description: Officer Fulton died of a heart attack while engaged in an automobile pursuit. Officer Fulton attempted to make a traffic stop. but the driver refused to pull over his vehicle. Officer Fulton initiated a pursuit of the suspect with his emergency lights activated, but suffered a fatal heart attack a minute later and crashed his vehicle on the side of the road. The suspect was later charged with eluding an officer.
