Description: Deputy Sheriff Fox was shot and killed after stopping a suspect wanted in connection with a car theft investigation. After stopping the vehicle, Deputy Fox requested back-up. When fellow officers arrived at the scene, they found Deputy Fox in front of her patrol vehicle with a gunshot wound to the neck, just above her vest. The suspect, an illegal alien, fled the scene but was later apprehended.
