Description: Deputy Frazier and Officer Lee Woody were in pursuit of a fugitive and his brother who had just committed a jailbreak at gunpoint. One of the suspects fired a shot, striking Deputy Frazier in the head. Officer Woody returned fire and killed the suspect. Deputy Frazier was rushed to the hospital but all attempts to save him failed and he died the next day.
