Description: Officer Foster was killed in an automobile accident while responding to an emergency call involving a prowler. While responding, her patrol car was struck by a vehicle operated by a drunken driver. The suspect's vehicle crossed the center line on Gender Road and struck Officer Foster's patrol car head-on. Officer Foster was flown to a local hospital where she succumbed to her injuries.
