Description: Turnkey Fogarty was attacked and beaten by three inmates who then made their escape from the county jail. Turnkey Fogarty was transported to the hospital where he died of a heart attack. The three inmates were captured. The inmates plead guilty to a first degree manslaughter charge and were sentenced to terms ranging from 10-30 years in prison.
