Description: Chief of Police Fricke was killed in a single-vehicle crash on Highway 47. The investigation concluded that Chief Fricke's patrol car went off the roadway and over-corrected which caused the patrol car to cross the highway and strike a utility pole. Chief Fricke was pronounced dead at the scene.
