Description: Captain Farr was shot and killed and Patrolman Billy Coggins wounded when they attempted to arrest a suspect wanted for murder. The suspect was shot and killed by law enforcement officers as they attempted to transfer him to the county jail. The suspect removed a concealed icepick and attacked the officers who in turn shot the suspect three times.
