Description: Inspector Forde was en route to the Newark International Airport for his assigned duties. While en route a tractor-trailer crossed the centerline and entered into Inspector Forde's lane. Inspector Forde was traveling on his personal motorcycle and was unable to stop as the tractor-trailer came into his lane. Inspector Forde was killed instantly as he ran into the back of the tractor-trailer. Inspector Forde was authorized to use his personal vehicle while traveling to and from assignments.
