Description: Police Officer Francis was shot and killed with his own gun by a suspect after responding to a disturbance call. Officer Francis responded to assist a city bus driver with a unruly passenger and an altercation ensued as he escorted the passenger off the bus. The suspect grabbed Officer Francis' gun and shot him in the head, leg, and hip. Officer Francis died an hour later at the hospital.
