Description: Constable Frawley sustained a major injury when he and and Sgt. Howard Baker answered a disturbance call at a tavern. As Constable Frawley struggled to place the suspect in a patrol car, Constable Frawley ruptured a blood vessel in his stomach. Constable Frawley died a month later as a result of the injury.
