Description: Deputy Sheriff Garner was killed in a single vehicle crash while en route to a theft call with another non-sworn community service officer. The patrol vehicle left the roadway, collided with a steel post and the vehicle was engulfed in flames. Both occupants were pronounced deceased at the scene by fire department personnel.
