Description: Patrolman Graham was shot to death by an assailant who was upset over a traffic violation ticket he had received. The killer, who was apprehended that same day, confronted the uniformed officer as he was getting in his personal car after finishing his work shift early on a Monday morning. Patrolman Graham was the first member of the Atlantic City P.D. to be killed in the line of duty.
