Description: Chief Guldin had placed a male suspect under arrest for drunk driving and disorderly conduct. After transporting the suspect to the Pottstown Police Station, the suspect became uncooperative and struggled with Chief Guldin. Chief Guldin experienced chest pain and shortness of breath after the arrest and requested a ride to the hospital. Chief Guldin was transported to a local hospital where he died two hours later.
