Description: Sergeant Gregory was accidentally shot and killed by another officer who was struggling with a suspect. The officers had responded to the scene of a home invasion robbery and the first officer located the suspect in a basement. A struggle ensued and the officer was attempting to control both the suspect and his department-issued shotgun. As Sergeant Gregory entered the basement to assist the shotgun discharged, fatally wounding him.
