Description: Deputy Griffitts was attempting to serve a warrant for lewdness. Deputy Griffitts found the suspect upstairs in a barn and called on him to surrender. The suspect responded by drawing a gun and shooting Deputy Griffitts through the heart. The suspect was arrested by a posse.
