Description: Agent Gray was en route to investigate downed emergency power lines during a storm. With emergency lights activated, Agent Gray entered into an intersection where the traffic lights were out. Agent Gray collided with another vehicle and his cruiser hydroplaned on the wet surface. Agent Gray was hospitalized for two days before succumbing to his injuries.
