Description: Lieutenant Giles suffered a fatal heart attack after arresting an impaired suspect. As Lieutenant Giles and a second officer attempted to place the suspect under arrest, the suspect struggled and resisted the officers before he was handcuffed on the ground. Lieutenant Giles was found slumped in his patrol car a few hours later and was transported to the hospital where he was declared dead.
