Description: Special Agent Gordon was fatally shot by a hobo as he patrolled the Missouri Pacific train yard. Agent Gordon returned fire and wounded the suspect. The suspect fled the scene but was captured six days later. The suspect was convicted of murder and sentenced to death by hanging but died due to the gunshot injury to his leg.
