Description: Agent Garcia Martir was struck and killed while issuing a traffic citation. Another vehicle went out of control and struck the truck that he was ticketing. Agent Garcia Martir was then struck by the truck and thrown 25 feet onto the pavement. He was transported to a local hospital where he succumbed to his injuries four days later.
