Description: Special Policeman Gisin was shot when he answered a disturbance call at a smelter factory where an intoxicated suspect was brandishing a gun and threatening to shoot the employees. Officer Gisin was shot once in the chest as he attempted to negotiate with the suspect. Officer Gisisn died at his residence several hours later. The suspect was convicted of murder and executed by hanging.
