Description: Deputy Sheriff Gallagher collapsed after answering a call regarding a prowler at a residence. Deputy Gallagher left the sheriff's office and responded on foot up a very steep hill to the house, which was located three blocks away. Deputy Gallagher suffered a heart attack when he arrived at the residence and died 30 minutes later.
