Description: Deputy Marshal Hill and Special Deputy Marshal Grady were shot and killed in Oklahoma while attempting to arrest a man for interrupting a religious gathering. The suspect's father shot both deputies with a .45 caliber while they attempted to subdue the suspect. The father was tried and acquitted of the murders in 1904.
