Description: Officer Goodwin was riding eastbound on Euclid Avenue when he attempted to pass another motorcycle. Officer Goodwin's rear wheel was struck as he neared the other motorcycle, causing him to swerve into the path on an oncoming car. Officer Goodwin was rushed to the hospital where his serious injuries lead to his death four days later.
