Description: Special Officer Gresko was killed in an automobile crash while responding to assist a fellow officer with a disruptive person. Officer Gresko was responding with his emergency lights activated when an oncoming truck suddenly turned in front of his vehicle. Officer Gresko attempted to avoid striking the truck, but struck the truck and a tree. Officer Gresko was transported to a nearby hospital where he died. The driver of the truck was charged with aggravated vehicular homicide while driving under the influence.
