Description: Marshal Graham responded to a disturbance call at a local business to remove suspect who was drunk at the time. Marshal Graham questioned the suspect and ordered him to go home. The suspect went home and returned with a 12 gauge shotgun. Marshal Graham was shot once in the back of the head, killing him instantly.
