Description: Officer Graham was on his way home when his car was struck. Officer Graham observed that the driver was intoxicated and proceeded to make an arrest. The driver resisted and bit Officer Graham on his finger. Officer Graham's finger began to swell, infection set in and the finger was amputated on April 11th. A week after the surgery, his hand began to swell and he was admitted to the hospital but nothing could be done. Officer Graham died of blood poisoning.
