Description: Deputy Constable Garcia was killed in a three-vehicle accident on Farm Market 149 outside of Magnolia, Texas. An SUV traveling northbound crossed into the southbound lane, struck a truck and flipped on top of Deputy Garcia's patrol car. The SUV ripped the top off of the patrol car, killing Deputy Garcia immediately. The driver of the SUV was also killed.
