Description: Patrol Officer Georges collapsed in the parking lot of Police Headquarters May 8, 2007. He was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead. Patrol Officer Georges death is attributed to a previous leg injury sustained on December 3, 2005, when he saved the life of a civilian severely injured in an automobile accident. Officer Georges developed a blood clot in his leg that traveled to his heart and resulted in his death.
