Description: Agent Garcia-Baez was shot and killed while working off-duty at a local grocery store. After closing the store, Agent Garcia-Baez and the store owner began locking the store when they were approached by a suspect intending to rob them. Agent Garcia-Baez was in uniform and drew his service weapon protecting the store owner. The suspect shot Agent Garcia-Baez and the store owner to death.
